About The Event

As we stride towards our 45th year and with Ady taking a well deserved rest in April, we've given you the next best thing we can muster.... more Butch.

With a 2 hour set we're sure he'll set your feet alight and send your hearts racing reaching to the very depths of his peerless black hole of soulful insanity.

Joining him on resident duties is our petite powerhouse and fan favourite, Joel Maslin, sure to keep that floor hot with a diverse mix from his wonderful collection. A literal new man, his sets have continued to blow us away year after year.

This months guests are two mild men of mystery. Both renowned collectors of distinction with over 70 years of soulful service.

John 'Kipper' Kerr, has frequented more scenes than we care to count, from Acid House to Indie, via Jazz Funk and Rare Groove. The only thread running throughout is his absolute devotion to soul. From all eras, with a devotion to quality. Don't let his quiet demeanour fool you, he's gonna take the roof off. We're really excited to have Kipper play for us after finally strong-arming him into action. Expect at least one (if not more) record from The Iceman.

Our last guest is soulful beast from the east, Richard Read. Another collector whose amassing of knockout records falls criminally under the radar, his devotion to the 100 Club over a decades long attendance record is what formed his tastes from the first moment to this. With some mighty rare big hitters and underplayed genius, we know he'll do himself proud.

So, that's
